No, we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. The driver will keep an eye on the flight number and try to take any delays into account. However, the driver is not liable if he is unable to fulfil your journey due to a major flight delay or if unforeseen circumstances keep you in the airport for far longer than anticipated.
No, you can book a taxi without an account. However, creating an account provides an easy way to manage all of your bookings in one place.
We have a network of over 1000 operators, if we are unable to supply the vehicle in the first instance, we will be able to book the journey with one of our other partner companies. We will do this automatically and for the same price. If you are booking for an event such as a race day, a music festival or if you are booking a large vehicle, we recommend that you book as far in advance as possible to guarantee your booking.
